Who operates Carterinn? The brand is founded by Allison Cortney Whitt and is operated by BENNETT SKYNOVA INNOVATIONS LLC, based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Orders & Payment
How can I change or cancel my order? If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@carterinn.com as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods through our official website. All prices listed on our site are inclusive of taxes.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively to the Continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), or international addresses.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is FREE for all eligible orders within our shipping coverage area.

How do I track my package? Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package.
Products & Safety
Are your glass bowls food-safe? Yes. All Carterinn products are food-safe, BPA-free, and lead-free. We prioritize your family’s health and safety.
Where are your products shipped from? To ensure fast and reliable delivery, all orders are fulfilled and shipped from our third-party warehouse facility in Louisville, KY, USA.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
What if my items arrive damaged? Since we sell glassware, we take extra care in packaging. However, if your order arrives broken or cracked, please contact us at support@carterinn.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for personal preferences (e.g., changed mind). If the item is defective or we made an error, we will cover the return costs.
