Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials).
- Products showing signs of use, damage, modification, or missing original materials are not eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns for items marked as “final sale.”
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@carterinn.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return authorization along with the correct return mailing address.
- Do not return any package to the company address listed on this website. This address is not a return facility and cannot accept packages.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt as proof of return.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or shipped to the wrong address.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
- No restocking fees are applied.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@carterinn.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate after verification.

- Unauthorized returns sent without approval may be rejected or delayed.
