Returns & Refunds
- 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for unused items in original packaging.
- Damaged on Arrival? Since glassware is fragile, please contact us within 48 hours with photos if items arrive broken. We will provide a replacement or refund immediately.
- Return Shipping:Free: If the item is defective or we made an error.Customer-paid: For personal preferences (e.g., "changed mind").
- Easy Process: Email support@carterinn.com with your order number to start a return. Please do not ship to the registered address without authorization.
- Fast Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days to your original payment method.
